How is your car’s upholstery looking lately? If you’ve got fabric upholstery, you know it’s pretty prone to getting stained, water marked, and just downright dirty. If you have kids or babies in car seats, it might be happening especially fast. If you want to get your car’s seats looking like new, you might be tempted to let the professionals handle it. But if you have a few simple ingredients at home, you can actually clean your auto upholstery very effectively — all by yourself.
1. What You’ll Need
You might have most or all of these ingredients at home already. The only ingredients you need are some club soda, vinegar, and blue Dawn dish detergent. Aside from that, you’ll need a spray bottle, scrub brush, and a shop vac. Before you begin cleaning, it’s always a good idea to vacuum those seats!
